• I can and don't mind drawing nudity. But there are certain parts of the human anatomy that i don't feel too comfortable drawing. Especially with Male anatomy which I'm not too good with. Maybe in the near future with patience and practice i'll be able to fell comfortable with drawing the human body, haha.
• I have the right to decline your commission request. Some characters don't translate well into my style and the results of the piece might not turn out as planned. Don't want to feel uncomfortable either if the character has wacky mixed up colors or something that's way to complex for me. Please, don't take it personally,
• Do not ask for sai./psd. files. Please!
• I try to make prices as fair as i can, despite other full time artists who have expensive prices, And i try to make a living off of it. I’m a full-time artist. There are some prices that might not be what you’re expecting. Don’t pester me about this and don’t plead or beg me to lower prices. If you cannot afford art from me, then you can’t Bye [sorry]
• If for a reason that you don’t have the full payment, I’ll allow a payment plan for you. I know how it is when you can’t bring full payment up front. But also I won’t start on the piece until i received the full payment.
• Commissioners understand that I maintain rights to my artwork, I am allowed to use commissioned work for promotional purposes for myself [ex. your commission being use in an ‘example book’ at an art table at conventions]
• If at any time that you need to a refund from your commission, I’m totally ok with that, But If im half-way done with your commission, I can send you half the payment back. But if it’s completely finished and ready to send your way, no refund.
• If you ask for a W.I.P of your commission, I don’t mind. But it is not allowed to post unfinished work without my permission. If i would happen to take me more than a month to finish your commission. I'll most definitely send you a W.I.P sketch just to show that I'm doing your piece.
• Once the client receives their commission, They have full right to post it on their pages, along with the credit to the artist. Only the client and/or myself is allowed to post the finished commission pieces on the websites
• Don't ask me if I can stream your commission, I know I Livestream almost everyday but don't expect me to do it when it just convenient for you [and if you're present in stream] I go in order by my commission list that's shown on the queue page.
• If at a point that i send you the finished commission and you request a change/add-on that you haven’t listed in your information. Depending on the change, I’ll charge you. Don’t take this personally, This is one thing that artists like myself have trouble of dealing with when it comes to some clients. In the future, make sure to send in all your information, even if it has to be in every detail.
• Any character that is giving to me that happens to be too complex, I might charge you a little bit extra. Detailed characters takes a long time to sketch up and draw.
♦ When i open up for commission slots, I always put in a rule "NOT FIRST COME FIRST SERVE" I like to draw characters that are unique and colorful and with big , detailed designs, and even just simple designs with a nice color palette that compliments each other. If I don't accept your commission, its most likely I have declined it for the simple fact that i don't feel comfortable of drawing what you've requested. No offense :(
• I intend to be very fast paced when it comes to commissions, but don’t forget, i don’t glue the tablet to my face 24/7 each and everyday. Don’t come and pester me and ask “hey are you done yet?” The more you do that the more annoyed an artist will get and they could just put it off longer and longer, but i’m not that guy. Like i said I can finish commissions pretty fast, depending on how i’m feeling and if i’m motivated. If there’s a time limit or deadline that it needs to be finish, please tell before hand and not last minute and i’ll get done as soon as i can.
• If you’re not sure about the “do’s” and “don’ts” list in the Commission Prices Page. Feel free to ask me about it!

• Terms & Services are subject to change.
• Rights of the artwork will be entitled to me unless expressed otherwise.
